yes i had a look at thottbot and here, but i couldn't find out which trainer will teach me this skill !!
anyone knows ?? if it's usefull for me, it surelly will be usefull for others !!

I must say if you'r a leatherworker this skill is pretty much VERY important, Cured Rugged hide is the KEY to everything, in Leatherworking, you need it for all the cool and crazy stuff like Dragonscale stuff tribal stuff Elementaæl stuff Ect...
You wanna know which trainer that teaches it too you, use you'r head a little *hehe* go seek out you Artisian or Master Leatherworker? you migh see that one of them has this skill for you, but thoug too make it? you need.
1x Rugged Hide.
1x Refined Deeprock Salt.
Refined Deeprock Salt, you get from transmuting Deeprock Salt into Refined Deeprock Salt, go find a Engineer he will make you one,
