I found Formula: Enchant Gloves - Riding Skill in a chest in Tanaris recently but haven't had any luck selling it on the AH. I use Auctioneer and let it handle the pricing for me (about 60g-80g was its suggestion).

Just wondering how sought after this is by enchanters. Am I better off trying to sell it via the trade channel instead?

I would love to have that enchant. I’ve seen in on the auction house several times, but it’s always 200 plus gold. I don’t want it that badly. Would I pay 60 gold? It would certainly be tempting. But to be honest I see it as a luxury item. It’s not like the enchant doubles your travel speed. I’d love to have it but I wouldn’t just automatically buy it myself unless it was something like 20 gold.

However, I don’t have a lot of money. I don’t raids to get the valuable drops. So my money comes from farming iron and the like. I’m sure there are a lot of people with deeper pockets who would be willing to spend more on it than I would.

Thanks for the responses.

I guess that's why I asked. It's not a massive speed boost, but given the price history on this site, 60 looked like a reasonable price. But not being familiar with the demand for the enchant, I can't really price it in my head. I've only got about 150g to my name, so it would be nice to get a good price for it. I think my highest selling drop before now sold for 15g.

Ah well. I'll advertise in the trade channel when I'm standing around bored and see what response I get.

The price you get will probably be affected by the amount of PvP on your server as well. For PvE it's not all that special, but PvP it makes more of a difference.
