Gearing Redridge questionFollow

I just finished crafting the mauls and belts for Gearing Redridge quest. Right now I'm a lvl 14 Pally...Is there anyway I could survive running to redridge (Currently in IF)?

Also what's the best way to get to redridge?

PS this is my first crack at an alliance character after several horde characters...It seems the map is more restrictive for Alliance...

Don't forget to activate the SW grif and the Redridge grif, wouldn't want you to have to ride the tram again if you don't have to, I personally hate taking the tram, but its always necesary for a fresh toon. I also hate taking the ships to the other continent, however unfortunately there's no grif that travels between continents, so I guess I'm stuck using the ships (only for the first trip though because I can always just hearth back when I'm done!)

By the way, I happen to really like redridge for certain quests, they can be hard though. Plus you'll want to be able to get access to westfall in the future so that you can do the DM's (one of the few low level dungeons, plus its fun too! I've enjoyed every DM run far more than any Stockades run Ive ever done).
