Hello,
I just hit 220 alchemy and was wondering if there are any recipes that I can buy from vendors that I would not have from the standard trainers and also where I could buy them.
I figure i'll need sungrass as well to level off of superior healing potions. Where is the best place to obtain this? Thanks

I probaly phrased that incorrectly and would deserve a flaming haha. This was more of an opinionated question/answer. I was wondering what recipes would be WORTH getting from vendors, either from their true usefulness or value on the market. Thanks and sorry for the stupid question.

Great Rage Potion
Lesser Invisibility Potion(sell because of quest use)
Elixir of Giants
Elixir of Shadow Power(locks/shadow priest love em, and used for warlock quest mount quest)
Elixir of Shadow Power(the warriors love this)
Elixir of the Mongoose(never have to scorunge for money again selling theese to rogues/warriors/hunters)
Elixir of Brute Force(insane to get ungoro crater, handign in bloodpeatles) but worth it.
Greater Fire Protection Potion. MMMMMMMMMMMMMM theese are strawberry flavored too, so not only is it one of the only ways to live though the "spell bomb" from MC, it is generaly handy.
Mageblood potions, and thtas just handy stuff too
all of those sell well and are fun to use.

nice list i'll add a few that sell well for me and also cater for the slightly lower levels.

Arcane Elixir >> Greater Arcane Elixir (Mage love)
Transmute Arcanite (5g every 2 days minimum)>> yes i know the elemntal transmutes can make more money but those recipies are on AH for extortionate prices 70-200g depending on which one u want.

Elixir of greater agility (hunter/warriors/rogues love (esp those that can't afford the elixir of mongoose))

"Arcane Elixir >> Greater Arcane Elixir (Mage love)" once again the cost dosent justify the outptu,(expetion is arcane elixer for mages in Early BG, Before the bonus becomes not terribly relevent.
I am sure somebody makes cash on theese, but that guy is not me, check the AH on your server to see what is posted and for what prices.

Elixir of Sages- don't ah much, used by some guildies and me good for keeping mana up / and regen while solo'ing reducing the breaks needed. >> nuke mages ... nothing can help you.

mongoose = 2.5 - 4g
mongoose is for instance runs only agi for solo grinding. sorry minus the warriors

I guess it depends on your server ... try doing a trade offer ... see how many replies u get for each (make an excuse that u just sold out when buyers come if u dont have it) or do what i do advertise the main pots u can make and say you'll make to order that way u can just brew what they want and better manage the herbs ... know ure ah prices for herbs BO and u can make to order and get any extra herbs need from AH.

Is that database accurate? I was going through my Alchemy skills the past 2 days, & I noticed that theres a few Alchemy things on that list that are no longer implemented. I guess they're just there for posterity?
Same thing with the cooking list. I can't quote which ones were missing/erroneous, but there seemed to be holes in the list.
