Having trouble with Herbalism/Alchemy :: Free Realms

I just hit level 31 and my herbalism/alchemy skills are lacking...

Herbalism: 27/75
Alchemy: 87/150

I can't seem to really find an abundance of herbs in any given area, maybe I'm just not looking hard enough... Any pointers, hints, or tricks to get my skills up where they should be?

Firstly maybe you are looking in zones where you can level, with a herb skill so low, you dont belong their, the barrens is a good place to start.

Now on to the topic of why a new thred was made when (at the time)17 lines down was a thred that had the whole thing explained.
