I have recently brought my mining alt below level 30 to Charred Vale. To my surprise, in the zone with lvl24-27 monsters I found many mithril veins, and even occasional truesilver! That is crazy.
There should be iron there, but mithril and truesilver? Are they not for like ~lvl40 zones?
Of course I was not even able to mine them - truesilver is something like 225 mining skill?

The Charred Vale seems to inherit Desolace's mining point spawn behavior. It can be great or really frustrating depending on what your mining skill is and whether or not you can actually harvest all the good stuff ^^
