I've brought my Leaherworking, Enchanting, Tailoring and Smithing on my characters to 225.

So far I see that only Enchanting is pretty decent...

And I am worndering if it worth leveling crafting skills higher?

As a level 57 paladin, I'm still wearing some armor that I've made myself with a level 271 blacksmithing, and looking for more plans. I've seen people on the trade channel asking someone to craft a whitesoul helm which requires armorsmithing at blacksmithing 300, or an arcanite reaper which requires axesmithing at BS 300, and I assume they're willing to pay big bucks for them. I don't do many instance runs so I haven't found a lot of gear - if you don, you'll probably replace your own crafting stuff pretty fast, but for me, it's worth it. I only wish I could afford the thorium required to get to level 300!

If it was worth it to level it to that point, then ya.

Leaherworking: each branch of LW can make a epic back armor, armor kits sell well, and are always handy, if you are a shaman, their is some gravy stuff in Dragonscale, and Druids love Tribal, and I cant blame them. Some MC stuff is dang good too(core leather boots for example) and you cant make em with LW 225.

Tailoring:Wha Wha Wha,? Ya need to get to 250 to process felcloth to mooncloth, so not uncapping 225 is not just a bad idea, it is you throwing gold in the trashcan, because mooncloth sells. You are also denying yourself runecloth bags, Tisk tisk tisk.

Smithing:No other profesion can make as much stuff at 300 as smithing(although you need to pick a smithing path that limites what you can make)Not unlocking 225 makes everything you have done a waste.

Actualy not uncapping any skill is noting more than poring all the time and money in to said skill just to have it be useless.

I was thinking about kicking up Tailoring to 300 first...

The big money in enchanting is not sitting in some capital city offering to do enchants, thier is just too much compatition, and some guy angry that you are "Ruining the price of enchants" by undercutting him. Sure those 300 enchants are nice, and are great for yourself and guildies, but the money is in nuking items and selling the mats on the AH.

A few thoughts on enchanting; Good day for this on the main page a enchanter is going nuts ranting about how angry he is that folks expect enchants to be free when folks provide the mats, for me this is a rough argument, sure the enchanter went though a giant PITA to get the formulas, but in that, not one is "Speical" somebody else did it too, and in my case, a guildie that will do it for free. That dosent make it ok to think that all enchanters will provide their servies for free, but enchanters tend to have a bug up their backside, and thats how you can make money. Enchanting is the only profession in the game that the players have to go inside a instance to break the 225 cap, and they are the only job in the game that belives that they are entitled to a percentage of the mats cost "Fee". For example if a Leather worker tryed to buy rugged leather and sell rugged armor kits for a profit, everybody would laugh at them, or if a alchemest buys icecap and dreamfoil to make marjor manna pots, and truely expects to sell them for more than he payed, he too would be laughed at(and that potion is a PITA to get, not nearly as bad as say +22 int enchant but still hard). No it with the expetion of a few items requied for quests, no other porfession can buy mats, and make money. Except enchanters, they for some reason think that the price of mats on the AH pluss a "Fee" as much as 20% is neede to cover the cost of their training/rods and such. As insane as this sounds that one profession dose someing nobody else can do somehow.... it works, but to make it work enchanters have a rough job, they need to get you to come to them. Well dont do that, just nuke items and sell them at the inflated AH price, you now dont have to sit arround IF/Org spamming out pricelists.

the cost of nuking vs buying.

The AH is always higher priced than you want, but with how random nuking items is for mats sometimes it is a neccarry evil, but the prices are generaly right in line as if you bought greens on the AH and nuked them. I always keep my eye out for good items that nobody will ever use, like cloth with Str and Agi, and nuke those, usulay folks now it is not popular and just want to get rid of the items.

Ok here it goes, Kind of, as a taylor, you can sell mooncloth till the cows come home, or as fast as you can make it, and some taylor stuff nukes great in to enchanting mats that sell, but your biggest sellsers will be bags and mooncloth, remember being a 300 taylor is not rare by any means, my guild has 12, so their is noting special about any one, i will always ask guildies for taylored items before i go to the AH, and lots of folks will, so noting is a huge seller.
