Ok I am trying to get mass leather to increase my drgonscale leatherworking.
I am using the general recipes to increase my leatherworking to max.
Where is the best place to farm rugged leather, I am a level 49 Ne Hunter.

I suggest going to Felwood, skinning the bears and wolves over there,
mostly they are lvl 47-50 and have approx. 50% to give a rugged leather on skinning.
