Healing skill not leveling up anymoreFollow

Hi,

For some reason I cannot raise my first aid skill anymore. Ive got it to 60/75 and the linen clothes don't raise my skill anymore but I can't use any other reagent either. Also, either I'm not allowed, or I can't figure out how, to double up the linen cloth. Anyone know if there's a glitch or how to double up cloth? Any help is appreciated.
