Aside from being an engineer or a rogue, how does one open a locked iron bound chest in a dungeon?

The other way to go is for you or someone in your party with Blacksmith skill to use a skeleton key. There may be other ways, but I don't know them. I have taken a lockbox dropped as loot and removed it from a dungeon, and given it to another player (rogue) to open, but I assume you aren't talking about a box you can remove. So Blacksmith with skeleton key is all I can think of.

I thought I once read about tossing dynamite at a chest to open it. But I have never tried it.
