Grinding Engineering (265+)Follow
Anyone have some tips on what items to make to grind up to 300 (315) skill? Preferably items with cheap or small amounts of required reagents.
Bullets, the thourim ones, and mith ones before that, i realy cant think of anything that takes less mats than bullets, and gasp, they actualy sell ok, if your server is old enuff.
but explosives are also a good run.
Thorium Shells take 285 so you got 20 points to get their, but that should take ya though the end.
Thorium Grenade take a lot more mats, but you can run and throw at the same time, the stunn is amazing and you can start those today, once ya get to 285 hit up the AH and get the thorium shells schematic, and you are essentaly done,300 is just arround the corner.

If its only for the money ! Make some Adv. Target Dummies/Target Dummies. "Use" them in a quiet place. (Don't want other Eng. to snatch the loot)....You will get diff. Eng. stuff from the "corpse" of the ATD/TD. [Fused Wiring] is appx. 30-40% DR.. and is worth 4-6 G (Daggerspine). Then you get some [Copper Frame's] and cloth....And STUFF. Use it for recykling or sell it. BTW: [Fused Wiring] can NOT be fabricated....You will need FW for other Eng. creations. But now you dont have to buy it.
Also: Grinding komponents from "Machines"/"Robots" in Gnomeregan is another way to "Grind".
And FGS: Have Mining as 2.Skill...
Saves you a xxxxxxx lot of money. Same story: Do NOT buy too much stuff to create a thing. You WILL lose money.
Offen "DIY"-Stuff dosn't sell AT ALL at AH !!!!!
But it might be good for Exp. and thats a good investment....And you can always sell to a normal dealer to cover some expences...
Scopes is a seller all year 'round.
There is a Lo-Lvl Gun that is needed for a Quest. Sells well too.
About Thorium Shells/Bullits: They can be exchanged for Arrows at this guy who's wandering around in Valey of Honor in Orgrimar. Maybe they will sell at AH ?
[Deep Dive Helmet] is a vey good excuse to go diving for Pearls and Chests. Beware of mobs !
Then to the heavy department: Go find some Epic Plans (Guns) in some instance. Create the guns and sell. You might, at this point, need to go shopping at AH.
But Engineering is a "Hobby", and a fun one too.
Remember to "Specialize" Engineering.
