Enchanting & LeatherworkingFollow

Ok i got enchanting and leatherworking as my professions and would like to start a thread about how these two combine. Mainly i wanted enchanting because you sell good for the glowing effects and would also like them myself, leatherworking seems to go good with enchanting since i can get my own material to disenchant, but i need leather for that and that's where i would need some help, where can i possibly find these drops if im not in the mood of going to buy them from a skinner?...

You won't. Leather will only come from chests or off of skinned enemies.

Tailoring is self-sufficient; LWing is not. The difference is that cloth price > leather price, especially at the AH. If you're going with LWing, then you'll need to buy your materials off the AH.

I am currently tribal leatherworker and skinner. I really don't enjoy grinding leather though. I buy almost ALL of my leather on the auction house. I know what I'm doing though, and have made a ton of money at it. I'm considering dropping skinning, but there are some types of leather that just aren't farmed very often and posted for sale that I need, so I may need to keep my skinning for a while, at least until I make a set of Devilsaur and Warbear items for myself. ;)

If you go Dragonscale, I've been told that enchanting is really nice because you can make your own enchanted leather. Tribal doesn't really use much of that though.

The big thing against Enchanting for me is that to make money you have to spam your enchants for sale while sitting in the capital city. With the AH locations being spread out in the 1.9 patch, that means your clients will not always be in the same area like they currently are.
