I can do a +3 to intelect to 2h weapns. Did it and its not glowing. hmmm

Oops, forgot that +3 int/spir doesn't glow.

I think there's a +7 enchant too, but as far as I'm aware only +22 glows.

Icy Chill : Bright white glow.
+9/+22 Int & Spi : Bright yellow glow.
+15 Agi/Str : Green glow.
Crusader : Greyish white particle effect.
Lifestealing : Bright purple glow.
Unholy : 2 small green skulls orbit the end of the weapon.
Spell Power : Purple glow.
Healing Power : White glow.
