Not many engineers that I have found. I got my skill to 225, chose gnomish and now what? Where do I advance my skill? I am continually at 225 of 225.

Go talk to the master trainer in Gadgetzan. The Artisan trainer in IF will tell you to do this when you hit 225 (thx for the correction on the numbers Capitolg Scholar).

The problem is I won't hit 240. I am stuck at 225. So I need to go to booty bay?

outside the goblin engeneering trainer in Gadget is the guy that will unlock 225-300, while the numbers were worng, LutherLumpa had the right awnser.
