i heard from a few people that there is an enchanting formula seller here(based on rep)..i looked "all over" but did not find it. i looked at the mob by zone and just found the lw merchant...anyone know if there is one and if so where its at? thanks alot for ur future help.

Right now there's only a LW vendor based on rep, I believe. 1.9 is adding in an enchanting vendor based on CC rep who sells formulas for Wizzard Oils and possibly the formulas needing Nexus Crystals.
