Ok im actualy a level 56 human warrior on bloodscalp and learned bs and mining not long ago, My blacksmithing is 227 and mining is 219 and i cant seem to get them any higher , where ever i go i cant find any veins for my level, + how do i get the imperial set recipies

Mining mithril should bring your mining level up - it's carried me all the way to 269 so far. The imperial plate set is a series of quest rewards from the Thorium order in Gadgetzan, but you need smithing 265 to get them. You can get the ornate mithril plans at your current level from Galvan the Ancient in Stranglethorn Vale - type his name into the search box on the left, and look at the quests he is involved in. I believe there is another quest you have to do first to get a badge so he'll talk to you at all.
