Stuck at 148 miningFollow

I've been stuck at mining 148 for a few weeks now. There seems to be a natural gap in the mid 100's for levelling up mining.

I've read the guides, but they only mention the 90-125 gap, which (interestingly enough) I didn't have trouble with. Can anyone give me advice on how to punch my way through to 165 mining?
