Just got the ability to make the Spidersilk Boots on my priest, and I'm having trouble finding the Silk and Spider Silk for it. Is there a place I can go at like 22 to get it?

One of the first places you will find that consistantly drops silk is in Wetlands at the Dragonmaw Orc Encampment. These orcs however are a bit higher level than 22 (26 I believe).
Blizzard made Tradeskills in such a way that it almost forces a first time player to level thier tradeskills according to thier toons level (unless they have a high level alt, or have a load of gold hidden away somewhere).

Unfortunately you are forced to level your tradeskills in sync with your character level. I usually try to grind for awhile, saving my skins and hides for a few levels and then level up my leatherworking. By the time I get a good amount of supplies I can actually use the equipment I'm making. Good luck with your tailoring.

Heh, thanks for the help, I found the silk easily (Drops in Stockades sometimes) and the leather I need should be easy to get from my skinner, the pearls I can buy, but it's the darn Spider Silk, it's too hard to get, I killed 40 already and not even one dropped. Is there a better spot then in Duskwood? Against all the little black spiders and green ones? They suck to find...

Try the spiders in Wetlands. Supposedly there is a cave full of them.
There is a cave fulla spiders in the Wetlands. Check out this map. Notice the cave just north of Dun Algaz. That's the place.

Sounds like a run of bad luck to me. Typing "spider's silk" into the search box at the left, it seems like the spiders in Duskwood should have about a 5% drop rate - 1 in 20. You would have expected to get only 2 by now. Bad luck, but not very far off the curve yet. I'd go back and kill a few dozen more.
The only spiders that seem to have a higher drop rate are in the Arathi Highlands, which is a bit high for you to try now. The ones in the Wetlands also seem to drop only about 5%, maybe a little higher.
