Well, considering the recipe is called "Major Healing Potion"... you might want to get the name right first :-P
Check Everlook, the alchemy supplier there sells it in limited supply.

or pick it up from AH if you dont have some character high enough to get to everlook, or guildies who can do it.
it'll cost more at AH but that's what it is there for. if you gotta have it now, buy from AH.
