Any of you enchanters have this? I heard the max you can do is +22Intel? I'm on the Silvermoon server but no one seems to be able to do it for me.

This is indeed the max. However, it takes Revered reputation with the Thorium Brotherhood, so expect it to be somewhat rare. I'm not an enchanter, nor am I on your server, so I can't help you; sorry! ^_^;
