There are better and better versions of troll potions available in alchemy for regenerating hit points over an hour’s time. Are there potions for regenerating manna? The only one I could find is Mageblood Potion (http://www.thottbot.com/?i=37142) which requires level 40 to use. Are there any lower level versions? And this seems to be restricted to alchemists with high enough reputation with one of the troll tribes somewhere. I have a level 40 warlock with alchemy, but I get the impression this may be a bit over his head.

Thanks for the link. But it doesn’t seem to tell how one goes about gaining reputation with these trolls. Is it only possible via Battlegrounds or can we gain reputation without being forced to PvP?

Actually, unless I'm mistaken the Zandalar trolls are the ones that appeared for Zul'Gurub. you gain rep with them by killing things in ZG, and doing quests for them in there. So, I don't think that's gonna be much use for you until you hit 60 with your Warlock. >.< I've searched around for a mana regen potion myself in Alchemy, since that would be kinda handy. Haven't found any though apart from the two that have already been linked. Guess I'm just gonna have to rely on Innervate! ^.^

ya it is a PITA to gain rep with them, i usualy try and get about 7-10 of my guildies togather and we just kill the mobs of ZG for coins/rep, it still feels like it will be forever before i can make mageblood potions.

Are there links similar to the Zandalar faction link above for the rest of the factions? It would be nice to find out what recipes/plans are available from each faction before spending the time to faction up just to get something I don't want.
