Are there +intellect enchants for a 1H weapon?
Trying to debate between an illusionary rod or hypnotic dagger/off-hand.

wrong. there is one enchant for +intellect on weapon.
its +22 intellect on weapon (not 2 handed, just single handed) and comes from being revered with the thorium brotherhood for the recipe.
it requires a crap load of materials and is typically very expensive just to get it done even if you provide materials. so i wouldnt say its worth purchasing this for a lower level weapon that you dont plan on keeping for a massively long time.

+22 Intel enchant works on any weapon. Yes, Both 1 handed and also 2 handed weapons.
Seems like every level 300 enchanter on my server already has this, so other that mats, it's dirt cheap. Probably won't be long til the prices start to drop on most servers.
