Game discription:
You turn to stone, protecting you from all physical attacks and spells for 60 seconds, but during that time you cannot attack, move or cast spells. You can only have the effect of one flask at a time.
To know how to use this stuff, you would need to have some additional info however.
Do you go out of combat? Do you use aggro? All or some?
So is this just a wipe preventor (lose all aggro) like the pala shield or could the MT take it (keeping the aggo) to give the rest of raid some regeneration time?
There is enough speculation about this and I'd like to hear from someone who knows FOR SURE how this flask works.
Wiping my raid and wasting a black lotus doesn't sould that cool so I'd rather not experiment with it to find out for myself ;)

This is very similar to a mage frost talent, I'm pretty sure the potion only lasts 10 seconds, doesnt it? anyways it just lets you regenerate your mana for 10 seconds while being attacked, if you have a high amount of spirit, that can be quite a bit of mana, but of course using a mana potion would be more effective.
Another thing that might be worth testing: See if it stops you in mid air while falling

For the price it costs to make one, using it to prevent falling damage would be a bit of a waste.
