i am goining to make new character and i am not sure is clever to take herb and skining?? get good money on AH?
or is it clever to take skining and leatherworking ?

Herb and skinning or mining and skinning.
Pro:
It makes very good money. You can sell your skins and herbs at the AH easily.
Con:
You don't make anything, which means that you have to rely on others for your armor, weapons, enchantments, and potions.
Conclusion:
Since you can't ever make everything you need, you always need to rely on others to make the stuff you can't make, so you might as well gather the items others need. If you are in a guild, helping the makers with materials will result in reciprocals. If youaren't guilded, the gathering professions will provide you money to buy the "good stuff" at the AH.
