I know that you need the Delta access card and 160 engineering to get the schematic but I've heard conflicting stories on whether or not you need the other cards as well. Can anyone confirm (I'm horde if that matters) getting the schematic with ONLY the Delta access card? Thanks much for the help.

yes you need to aquire all the cards throught the instance.at the different points throught the instance go to the "card terminals"with the hightest lvl of card and if you have the "sec acc card delta" on you you will be givven 2 options "1" accwire*spelling* higher lvl card and "2"access ehgineering schemata.
