What are the best trade(s) for druids?

Currently i'm considering tailoring/enchanting (yes, i've read all of the "don't do enchanting" stuff).

This is my first alt character, my "main" is a 29 warrior mine/smith.

Druids can Stealth, this makes enchanting not such a bad option, you can stealth to named mobs in a instance and nuke the BoP drop for a shard, but dump tailoring for a gathering porfession like mining, or skinning(just MHO)

My wife likes herbalism/alchemy for her druid - lots of herbs in her areas, they make pretty good money at the AH, at least for lower levels, and the potions are really useful. Some of them also sell really well. The combination just seems to go together well.

If you have a druid and a warrior, why on earth would you want tailoring?

In my oppion, the druid class is best suited for at least one gathering profession.
Skinning is good as druids can kill animals like no other. (Sooth and sleep FTW!)
If you take the Feline Swiftness talent, you can run around in steath on almost most full running speed to find those plants or mining nodes with ease for mining or herbalism.

If you realy want tailoring, I suggest skinning as tailoring requires some leather aswell.
If you realy want enchanting, I suggest mining just to help your warrior gather his stuff.
An other option would be herbalism and alchemy to supply your warrior with the much needed healing potions.

If you still want to stick with tailoring/enchanting, realise that you will have no extra income at all. It will infact cost you a LOT of money to level them.

Thanks for the input..

I'll probably take up mining, given the responses. I always need stuff for the warrior :)

A lot of people like tailoring, Null because it doesn't REQUIRE a gathering profession, thus is a perfect partner for ehncahnting, which also doesn't require a gathering profession. A friend of mine who's an enchanter also likes it because he can make greens to D/E for some of the lower ranked enchanting mats.

Yes, quite so. I wasn't contradicting any of this, was I?
Let me say it in a differend way:
Taking up a crafing skill that can not craft anything you would use yourself is a bad idea UNLESS you know exactly what you are doing, in wich case you would not be asking for help on this matter on forums.

I would suggest skinning/leather because not only do I make decent wages off it but I can make alot of my own gear thus saving myself a bit of money.

Ive been a tribal leatherworker for the most part. Its been very rewarding on my way up to 60. (gives that xtra equiptment edge)
I will say tho once at 60 this skill is for nothing more than hooking up lowbie guild members or sending your alt through the mail equipment to use or disenchant.

Once your at level seems the only few trades actually worth a dam is engineering and alchemy (and maybe enchanting)
