That are relatively easy to get to? Need them to make Mooncloth, but if i've come across any as Horde, i've forgotten where they are.

Thanks for any help.

The only unprotected moonwell that I am aware of is in Ashenvale. There is a bridge on the road to Astranar. As soon as you cross the bridge hang a left and go about 300 yards in, then turn right. Can't miss it. I'm not logged so I can't give you coords, unfortunately.

Not sure of your level, but almost all the wells in Ashanvale/darkshore are relevitly "Unprotected" to you, just but TheEngine has directed you to the closest one I know of.

Are the pools in the caves in thunderbluff considered Moonwells? It would seem to me that they should be, but I haven't tried them. I don't recall them being shaped like a normal moonwell though.

I would also assume that moonglade should have a moonwell that's accessible to both alliance and horde, but you know what happens when you assume :-) :-)

Also there is one in the twilight grove of Duskwood if I recall (not that hard to get to if you are of the appropraite level)

I'm alliance and I wouldn't cry about it...doesn't really make sense, as the moonwell is a NE thing...but meh. I thought there WERE moonwell's in the moonglade...coulda swore I saw one. In anycase...yea...there's the one in the twilight grove...

I'm not sure why alliance would be crying...Alliance has them in two cities and several outposts.

I never considered moonwells to be a nightelf thing, but a druid thing instead. Based on that one WoW novel I read, I can see where it might be a nightelf thing.

I use the MoonWell in MoonGlade, just fly into there, one right in the city, friendly NPC's won't attack you.

Slanted toward the alliance, I do believe they have one in 2/3 of their major capital cities :P. They have already told you the locations of the moon wells. The one in ashenvale is just over the bridge after you come from the barrens turn left over the bridge just to your left ride off a small hill full of trees keep going in that general direction you'll find your way.

There is also a moonwell just outside of Dire Maul and the new moonwell that they added in the new Cenarian place in Silithis. Both require a relatively high level to get to, but aren't guarded by hostiles.
