Sorry for the bother, but I'm new and a Horde.Follow

I have always been fond of the magic using classes. I have a Tauren Shaman, and an Undead Warlock, and Preist. I want to know what would be the best possible trade for each one and where I can find that trainer. I'd like the idea of making my own armor and making valuable profit off of the trade, but seeing as they are limited in what they can wear, I dont think you can have both. (Im wrong I hope hehe). So I would also like to know if making your own armor really matters that much. Also, where I could find some of the beggining materials.

Please Excuse the noobness, and the quite demanding list of questions.

In general, gathering professions tend to make the most cash. This includes skinning, mining, herbalism and enchanting for those who only use it to disenchant.

Production professions can make you money if you’re smart about what and how you sell. In my opinion production professions are more fun. But then I just enjoy crafting. There is no class restrictions on professions. So a mage can take mining and blacksmithing if he so chooses. However, I doubt that blacksmithing would prove to be very useful as he would not be able to wear any of the armor he made.

So my advice is to find something you think would be fun to do and try it out. If you would like to be able to buff yourself you can take herbalism and alchemy to make potions. If you like playing with unique and sometimes dangerous toys then mining and engineering might be of interest. What professions are the most fun and the most profitable depends on the player.

And you will be able to find all the profession trainers in any of the capital cities. Just ask one of the guards for directions.
