Saw an enchanter in IF offering enchants on head and leggings. When I asked him where he got the recipe he just replied from a quest. Cant find any information on these enchants on Alakazam or WOW forums. Anyone have any information? Also are there enchants available on shoulders?
Do a search on this site on 'Libram of' to find out about the helm and legging enchants.
Basically, you need to gather some rare drops and go an NPC to get an enchant like that.

Best thing is you don't need to be an enchanter to do it!!

Libram of Voracity is the one that enchants +8 to any stat to a non-enchantable item, i.e. heads and legs.
Yes, it's a quest. You get the Libram, which is cheap, and gather some crystals and materials and turn it in for this enchant. It's not BOP so you can enchant others with it. Usually sells for 90-110g on my server.
