Herbalism Collecting (n00b here)Follow

Hey guys, I just turned my warrior to lvl 60 and am finally starting to skill up my professions. This is my first real toon, and I chose Herbalism and Alchemy. Mainly so I can make the healing/agility/strength/hp potions that I need, and so I can do things like transmute my own arcanite for when I finally get my reaper. The server I am on is kinda slow (Garona) and there isn't much in the way of farming cash to buy one.

The problem I am running into, is I don't know what herbs I can gather at each level. I was hoping to find a list somewhere on this site that lets me know what I can gather at what skill level. If there is somewhere that I can read this info at and someone can link me to it, I would appreciate that very much. This would help me to plan my herbalism routes and so forth.
