BS axe spec quest questionFollow

When doing the Blacksmithing axe spec quest in BRS to get the snakestone amulet from Vosh'gajin is there a trick to get it to drop? Ive killed her in raid groups a few times now with no luck. Do I need to drop out of raid and tag her, then rejoin? DO I need to do it in 5 man? Or just be the first to tag her? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

This is really bugging me as Im at 300BS, have the arcanite reaper plans and have all the mats to make it, just need that damned snakestone Grrrrr.
