Switching Blacksmithing Proficiencies?Follow

My brother and I were questioning whether or not one can drop blacksmithing as a profession, then retake it at the lowest lvl and choose, say, armorsmith instead of weaponsmith, if weapon smith had been chosen the first time.

Basically, I'm a weaponsmith currently. If I drop blacksmithing and retake it, can I choose armorsmith instead this time?
