I have been hunting for the Shadow Oil Recipe and can't find it. The web says Bliztik in Duskwood has it but I went there and it's not in his inventory. Any help would be appreciated/

Its probably one of those recepies that shows up in his inventory every so often, but only in quantities of one or two. Once someone buys them, they're gone.

I have alchemy at 280 and still don't have this recipe.

thats true! he only has one recipe to sell - it would be best, if u go somewhen at night to him again. then he should have it
