Cost of HerbsFollow

I just started Herblaism on one of my alts for money, people say herbs sell for a lot, so im just wondering how much do they sell for

There is no real profit in herbalism before you hit level 20 and really lev 25. The most profitable low level herb is kingsblood even though price has dropped its still a huge gold mine for low levels. The thing about kingsblood is it is a open ground spawn and almost always has one are two mobs gaurding it that have to be killed to harvest it. These mobs will all be atleast level 22 and then scale upwards to level 35 depending on zone your colecting in.

Other mid level herbs also sale well fadeleaf gravemoss goldthorn khadgars? and such that once you get into level 20 range you should be able to turn a nice profit on herbalism.

on my server, peacebloom and mageroyal are falling fast...like 10-20s per stack! that makes it hard to get rid of those two.

but others like gromsblood, ghost mushrooms, etc still command a pretty good price if you're willing to pick those herbs up. only problem is, you're not the only one doing this..so at any time you list those kinds of herbs on sale, there may be 2-3 other same herbs on sale too. now you will have to compete with the other gatherers.

on my server the good low lvl money items is #1 fadeleaf its still around 8g a stack. Kingsblood is getting better since its used for thorium brotherhood fame. Goldthorn and stranglekelp are also decent money. Briarthorn is ok, swiftthistle is better (and rarer) Havent looked at the steelbloom. But your bigger money comes from the higher end herbs, since they are used to make potions that a lot of guilds use in Molten Core and Onyxia, etc. When you get up in lvls ghost mushroom is some uber cash, since its only found in caves and usually 1-2 per plant max.
