when enchanting, can another person enchant soulbound items? ive never gotten my items enchanted yet, so i dont know if they enchant what youre wearing, or if you give them what you want enchanted
yes soulbound items can be traded. Just place the item in the bottom box that says 'item will not be traded' and the enchanter can add the bonus. The same thing goes with rogues and lockboxes.
Basically anything you want done to an item can be done through the box at the bottom. Its a very nice feature.
I dunno about you but I would be very wary if I needed an enchant on something and had to trade it over to a stranger and trust them to give it back.

Dont I Wish, they need to put a second box down their so I can transmute without getting the whole run arround of "How do I know you wont take my crystal and run". meh.

oh wow, sorry for my ignorance. I haven't had any experience with transmuting yet.

Transmuters should always carry an extra arcanite bar with them. That way you put the thorium, crystal and money in your trade, they put the arcante bar in theirs, and voila. Then they transmute and have that arcanite bar for next time.
As in they hold your item and you hold theirs as mutual collateral?

as in, the product of the trasmute is an arcanite bar. all youre doing is trading the finished product for the ingrediants for another bar. saves time and hassle. ts a good idea.
