Blacksmithing 225?!Follow

Ok, I am sure this has been answered before, and i have been looking, honestly. I can not find the answer anywhere! I am a blacksmith, lvl 225. i am a lvl 40 warrior and I would like to rais my smithing lvl. I recently became an armorsmith and I am currenntly working on the beginner armorsmith quest. How do I raise my smith lvl above 225? I am an artisan, but who do i see to raise my ability so i can go to 300? Thank you

He is the one to allow me to raise my skill? I got a quest from him, but never saw anything about training. i will have to go back to him. thank you
