I understand that these 2 enchants are learned in Uldaman. I'm 265 no and I've learned all in her list so far. These 2 are missing
All I can figure is either its a faction issue or the level was raised. Anyone else had this issue?

So far as I know, both are available at level 250. Only thing I can think is you accidentally got them, and they're not under the normal enchant section. Like, with Tailoring, shirts are under a misc section. Maybe they're under Trade Goods or something on the Enchant list?
There is only one section for enchanters, but the recipes will be gray, and waaaay at the bottom.
if you got all her recipes then you do have these 2 because i specifically remember seeing them on her list for a lvl 250 enchanter to learn.
