Enchanting and 'Smithin'Follow

Ok, I noticed that blacksmiths can add spikes/spurs/plating and such to armor and weapons. Mithril spurs, for example-mount move speed on boots.

Enchanters can add enchants (wow, that was obvious), such as minor walking speed, on boots.

I'm wondering if these can stack-can you have boots that make you both run faster and ride a munt faster at the same time?

I ask because if they stack you can get a mount moving even faster-an elite mount (+100% of your run speed) would get +5% run speed boots, giving +10% total, since mount is based off your run speed. With spurs, it would add another 5% or so, so that's +15% speed, rather than +5% or +10%. If they stack I will be able to run and ride much faster.

no thats not possible, if you have some spurs on youre boots and you would like to enchant them you will get the question "if you would like to replace this one over the other". Maybe sometime in de future this will be possible.

If you have space in your bags, why not get a couple of cheap pairs of boots, then get those each enchanted. ie. one has mithril spurs, the other has run speed. The same with gloves.

This way you can just swap what your wearing depending on your situation.

It also means you don't need to buy a new enchant/set of spurs when you buy a new pair of boots/gloves.
