Hi I have recently bought the european copy (previously had the usa version because i was impatient, but servers got too laggy), and im about to start WoW from scratch again. I was just wondering what are the best proffessions for making money.

Thanks in advance

I use Skinning/mining for making money.
Silver/Gold/Iron/Mithril and Thick/Heavy Leather sell very well at the AH. I cant get things better than that at the moment, but i think they should sell as well as those.

Going enchanting and just DE anything that won't sell or is soulbound and you dont want and then selling the mats on AH will net you some nice profit

personally i think if your just looking for a profit mining/skinning because the gold and coppper and all that sell good plus leather, i really dont agree with enchanting because it cost more money to get mats and do enchants then the profit you would make but thats my opinion

Apameda, he wasn't talking about enchanting anything, just disenchanting and selling all the mats.
That's actually a pretty good idea, around level 40 most of hte items I get vendor for around 50s, but I can get 70+s from the enchanting mats at the AH. And occassionally you'll get lucky and get a 3g mat for a 20s item :P
Other than that, yea, Mining/Skinning would probably be best and easiest. So far the only thing I've sold as Tailor/Enchanter are bags and a couple of enchants (I am behind in keeping my levels up, though), so I wouldn't suggest that.
