im trying to decide which is better....
Skinning and Leatherworking or Herbalism and Alchemy
im currently a low lvl mage and would like to know which one profits you with more money at low and high lvls.. please help.

uhm actually if ur just trying 2 make money then go either skinning//mining or mining//herbalism or herbalism//skinning 2 gathering skill work and just AH them off and ur pretty set currently im mining//skinning cuz i found out that ppl only rly need is the uhh earthroots. but whichever u pick gl on getting rich :P
What do you mean by “profits you?â€
If you are only after cash, two gathering professions will net you more income, especially during your early levels. But if you want something that can benefit your character in other ways then herbalism and alchemy might work well for you. Healing, manna and buff potions will help keep you alive. And you can still sell herbs and even some potions in the auction house.
