2nd Hearthstone Item? (Eng)Follow

Since I refuse to go Tail/Ench again for a priest of mine, I'm going Eng/Mi for some messed up reason that I don't know. What's the name of the 2nd Hearthstone-type item that can be made? I've gone over the items that can be made twice now and can't seem to find it.

Nm. Found them both.

This is the one my two engineers use. They are both gnomish engineers. Unfortunately, it takes 4 hours to recharge.

That may be true for people with fast computers and play on low population servers. But most of the time what happens is you've already fallen to your death before you're fully logged into the zone. So there's no chance to activate any of your items/spells. At least that's what I've read on numerous posts. Still, the graveyard is close by so it shouldn't be any big deal.
