What lvl in FA do you need to be to learn how to make heavy runclothbandage I´m 285 and I coulden´t?

You need 290 in First Aid in order to learn heavy Runecloth Bandages.

I just got it last night and it is indeed 290. Woot, now I can bandage 400 more health than I have typically... ;)+250... +250... +250... +250... sure looks nice.
