Here I spell checked it for you so people can understand your rant a little better

Is blizzard ever getting their head outta their *** and making dragonscale more than onesided, only damn thing hunters get is more mana (whooppttyyy) and reistance and some attack power, last two are good, yes. but it supports shamans 100% its freaking rediculous and yes I'm in a pissed off mood when I posted this, just wish theyd make it more fair, I mean hell they get half of our race class to half of their races.

There now people can understand your rant that doesn't make sense even when spelled right. Word of advice you can be angry and p'd off but take your time to write your rants.

Now, I thought that the very nice +AP on all the Black Dragonscale items would be good for a Hunter? AP affects RAP as well, correct? So with the Black Dragonscale items, you get Stamina, fire resistences, nice armor ratings, and a lot of attack power. Wouldn't that be great for a Hunter?

Also, the Dragonscale Gauntlets provide Stamina and a +1% critical hit rate. Not too shabby for a Hunter either.

Check out a HUGE discussion that renders your puny illegible rant useless here:

And I'm rating you down for not writing correctly, not contributing anything, sarcasm, and making me determined to research this subject until I could prove everything I just said. Just thought you should know.

Correct the fire resist will help in MC too, remember MC the place where folks like hunters a lot? I too Rated down OP for the same reasons, as well as lack of research. Black dragonscale is Exelent, sure you can get better gear form a instance, but so can most classes. When folks dont see AGI they get all freeked out and ignore the RAP. Ok going to stop before I start flaming.

Whilst I agree the additional RAP from the Black Dragonscale set is very nice, I don't feel that as a Tradeskill Leatherworking is very balanced, nor fair towards Hunters (certainly not Dragonscale when compared to Elemental for Rogues).

I know the pro's to Black Dragonscale Items (I have all but my Boots and also supply my guild Hunters for MC), but compared to the Green (minorly) and Blue sets that seem very much tailored towards Shamans I do feel somewhat aggrieved.

Also a point to note is that the best opportunity to gain Black Dragonscales does not start until 50+, as opposed to both Green and Blue which Start earlier (arguable over Blue as I can only remember Wintersrping off the top of my head).

I use a Core Marksman Rifle, as well as duel Dawn's Edge (still contemplating the roll for Dal'Rend) both with +15 Agility (I take great price in my weaponary). And the extra RAP whilst nice does not gain me any Dodge or Critical bonuses at the same time as Agility does. (Lets face it, an endgame Hunter does not need added Melee damage outside of PvP).

So all in all I feel the Dragonscale Line needs a minor reworking, something along the lines of reduced AP with an increase to Agi would satisfy me personally.

To the OP: I have not rated you down as others have already, but taking the time to at least read what you are posting would have been a good idea...

I too thought that black dragonscale would be good for MC, so i made a full set (apart from boots - got the recipe but the 7 cores will cost me 4-500g on my server). Then I was told that the +sta is nice but tbh hunters tend to stay well clear of the mobs so the +FR isn't all that usefull. Also even though the items have +atk, when i replaced my 'normal' items (i.e. stuff with lots of +agi) with the dragonscale my DPS went down, quite alot in fact, so why should a hunter ever wear this stuff if it ain't even good for MC ?

The black dragonscale stuff is nice to have as a "filler" item while you're leveling and running instances to get your set pieces. I personally still use the BDS shoulders and chest piece at 60, as I have yet to win the roll on the BS chest piece. +50 ap isn't too bad IMHO... yes I would rather have 25agi, but I'll take AP if needed.

The one thing I don't get is why do you have to wait so long to get black dragonscales. Now I'm not a skinner/lw myself; however, a good buddy of mine is and he said that the black scales are nearly impossible to farm until you're nearly 60. This doesn't make much sense to me, though I guess the black dragonscale stuff has the highest required level in the bunch (of the DS stuff), so maybe this makes sense?
