There is an artisan trainer in Darnassus, and when level appropriate, there is a master trainer in the Hinterlands.

There is also an expert leatherworker in Ironforge, and I think you can visit him until you reach 200, but I can't remember. He'd be much easier to visit than the one in Darnassus, unless you had a mage open a portal for you.
