Can any one help me out finding the Manuals for Runecloth bandaids, been using mageweave for a while now but just not cuttin it anymore, is there a vendor that sells them or is it a drop, if its a drop who drops it?? Thanks
You need to go to the doc in Theramore where you did the artisan quest, he will learn you how to make runeclothbandages at lvl 260 FA.

I think you have to be level 40 as well.
Yeah thats right you need to be lvl 40!
How do i lvl up first aid above 225 for the alliance? it sounds like this doctor is in hammerfall and i can't get to him without getting ganked.
Quest for this starts in IF, from the Physician there. She sends you to the doctor in Theramore, and you need to play a mini-game type thing. It's a lot easier if you have a friend doing the quest at the same time, as both of you get credit and it's extremely easy. Expect to fail a few times if solo. But it's not too hard.

Hammerfall is where the doctor is for the Horde. He is the Artisan FA trainer for Horde
