I have a pretty stupid question, but where can i find wool cloth on a lvl 20 or so horde character? I searched for a while but so far unsucsessful. Any help or advice is apreciated.

I don't know the horde territory that well, so apologies.
But, go to a territory that is right outside where you first begin. Like that one town/land that is right outside of ogrimmar.
That would be a great spot to get linen cloth =).
If anyone knows the territories for this dude, fill my blank spots on.

Go to the Kobold cave in Stonetalon mountains. I find tons of wool/linen there. It's hard to say exactly where this cave is, but it's NOT the one near the venture co. It's closer to the small troll village there, and the a little north.

try the "items" - "lookup" on this site, (on the left)...Enter the item u want to search eg : wool...then click the link...it will show u
1. where it can be found,
2. what mob drops it and their level.
Thats what i did to find mageweave.

I have also heard that the harpies in Stonetalon drop decent wool. Although you might want a level or 2 before trying them. That part of the zone is a bit wild.
