Disappearing Timbermaw..helpFollow

Ok, so last night i finally make it to Honor reputation with the Timbermaws and i go in to talk to them. I noticed One Eyed Gnarl (something like that) in a corner opposite the white timbermaw and as i walked up to him he would disappear. Or rather just vanish before my eyes. Question, is this the guy that I have to talk to to get the new enchanting recipes from? If it is this guy why is he disappearing or rather vanishing as i try to walk up to him? What do i have to do in order to talk to him? I posted this question in this area, because i am sure many of you have lvl reputation with these guys in order to get profession recipes, so i figured this would be a good place to get answers...
