I am currently at level 225 in Tailoring. Where do I go to get the next level (225 - 300) and associated training (if in a different location)?

Since you didn't mention if you were horde or alliance, I'll give both. There is a link at the bottom left of alla "List of Trainers"

Horde - Daryl Stack in Hillsbrad Foothills

Alliance - Timothy Worthington - Dustwallow Marsh

Being alliance myself, he's upstairs in a building on Theramore Isle in Dustwallow.
