I want to start my dragonscale specialization soon, but I need to get to 225 first. What are the easiest things to make to get me there, and about how much leather will I end up needing probably?

Just keep cranking out the oranges. Selection is a bit sparse for a bit, but guardian gloves are cheap and easy. I think ~4 heavy leather, 1 heavy hide each. Not worth trying to sell at AH, but quick way to increase skill.
