I am 266 engineer.. I need to learn dence blasting powder but can't find a trainer for it .. plz tell me where to go to learn this

The engineering-trainer is in Gadgetzan, He isn´t in any house, but outside between the AH and the goblin engineer. think he is next to the Inn, on the left side, but I am not absolutley sure on that.
